I have a serious sleep disorder that’s also commingled with depression and other problems, but I’ve noticed that at least some NVLD/DVSD people seem to be “night owls”. Do you have sleep patterns that are divergent from the “norm”?
I’ve found this to be particularly evident when I don’t have a job to go to, or am working independently, which is most of the time. Kind of miserable in the summer, as the most comfortable, at least temperature wise, hours of the day are missed entirely.
